Campaigns & dialling behaviour
Dialling mode, call outcomes, hotkeys, blocklists and time windows – set per campaign.
mmDial covers the whole chain: load the raw list, dial it the way you want, document the call, analyse it and export the result. All in one web interface, with nothing to install on the workstation.
Dialling mode, call outcomes, hotkeys, blocklists and time windows – set per campaign.
Import, field mapping, duplicates, rotating and shuffling lists, filters and enrichment.
The desk in the browser, the order form from the form builder, permissions and breaks.
Steer it live and analyse it afterwards – from dialling ratio to break times.
Incoming calls, voice menus, queues, voicemail and call blending.
Control recordings, name them, search them and download them in bulk.
The AI runs the conversation itself – following your prompt, with a natural voice, and hands over to a human as soon as things get interesting.
System level
The entire IT infrastructure sits in our data centre. All you need on site are workstation PCs. The application spreads load across several servers dynamically and monitors itself.
Administration level
Everything that makes up day-to-day operation is yours to set, without going through support – even while the campaign is running.
Agent level
The agent interface is deliberately kept narrow: whatever is needed during the call is visible – nothing else is.
Few buttons, clear statuses. New agents are usually productive after a single briefing.
Agents create their own follow-ups – visible to themselves alone or to the whole team, as you prefer.
Start and stop at the press of a button, with a clear indicator for as long as recording is running.
The browser brings the voice connection with it – a headset is enough. SIP softphones and desk phones still work.
With €10 of starting credit you can try the dialler straight away on real calls.
