Why does my mmDial look different? The range of features depends on the plan and on which additional functions are enabled for your account. Additional functions are not automatically part of the standard plans. Every manual explains this at the start and marks the sections concerned. If something you need is missing: talk to us.
For training. The agent manual ends with a quick reference and ten rules for clean data – both are suitable for printing out and pinning up at the workstation.
